Colder and more snow this winter (2012-2013)
We should have a relatively good cross-country ski season this year if Environment Canada is correct with its predictions.

The agency's seasonal outlook for the coming months indicates that we will have a “tougher” winter than last year. For eastern Ontario and western Quebec, this means  slightly above-normal temperatures, but still colder than what we had a year ago.  Precipitation is expected to be around normal, which should mean a lot more snow than last winter.
