Call for Volunteers - Gatineau Loppet, February 17, 18 &19, 2012
Volunteering to help out with the Gatineau Loppet is a great way to become part of a major cross-country ski event without having to sign up as a competitor.
TheGatineauLoppet takes place in the Gatineau Park every year and is billed as Canadas biggest cross-country skiing event. It is expected to attract over 2,500 skiers from across Canada and as many as 20 different countries. This will include some of the worlds elite competitors. The 34th edition of the Gatineau Loppet (formerly the Keskinada Loppet) will be taking place on February 17, 18 & 19, 2012.
TheGatineauLoppet is currently looking for volunteers to act as officials, pollsters, master of ceremonies, and to help out with feeding stations, ski bag team, coffee and promotional material stands, etc.
